Faculty, SOPA
The instructors are fantastic and well qualified. The facilities provided to students are one-of-a-kind, with a building filled with multiple rooms like drum rooms and guitar rooms where students can learn and practice at any time of day, which is extremely rare. Lastly, the fact that students can graduate with a Degree in Performing Arts is one of the highlights of the institute.
Faculty, SOPA
I am an assistant professor of keyboard studies and theory and harmony. It's important that all students develop a basic proficiency in the piano. Piano is a basic instrument. You can see the keys in front of you and this really helps in understanding music. Jazz theory can be used as a foundation for learning music theory, as it is the "godfather of rules in music". Lastly, the Degree in Performing Arts is internationally recognized and will open doors for students both in India and abroad.
Faculty, SOPA
I teach drums and rhythm training. The faculty and infrastructure at the institute are excellent. This makes it the perfect place for aspiring musicians who want to pursue music as a career.
